I am a certified personal trainer, wife and mum.

As a coach my core philosophy revolves around three main areas:

  • Balance: Make a plan that works for you. You are in the driver seat.

  • Mindset: It is a lifestyle choice. Have fun with it.

  • Consistency: You only get one body. Invest in for the long term.

With the correct training and nutrition, you will reach your goal.

I train people of all levels of fitness - from beginner to advanced - to lose weight, to get toned and build a better physique. I help mums like myself to get their pre-pregnancy body back. From an online training and nutrition coaching to a face to face personal training in English, French and Italian.
